Noodles are sorely missed by many who follow a low-carb diet. I have discovered how to make a low-carb noodle that looks, feels, and tastes like egg noodles. Best of all, you can make them at home with readily available ingredients.
This is "Version 2" of the bZoodle cookbook, which means ten recipes: Tagliatelle Bolognese, Lasagna, Linguini and Clam Sauce, Ravioli, Haluski with Kielbasa, Tuna Noodle Salad, Hungarian Goulash, Thai Garlic Pepper Shrimp, Asian Beef Stir Fry, and Macaroni and Cheese!
I will be updating this cookbook with a new recipe every week or so until there are twenty recipes, at which time I will publish a final hard copy.
